Detachment

Detachment is one of those things that life teaches you whether you are ready or not.

Through loss, through change, through people and situations that don't stay the way you hoped. And somewhere in all of that, if you pay attention, you begin to understand what the Bhagwad Gita has always been pointing to.

That detachment is not about caring less. It is about loving freely, enjoying life, giving openly without gripping so tightly that you forget everything in life is passing through, not staying.

It is letting go gracefully, loving without clinging, being unmoved by opinions, enjoying the journey and giving without expecting in return.

The Gita says - when you stop being pulled by pleasure and pushed by pain, you begin to live with a steadiness that nothing outside can shake.
